Senior Planning & Performance Analyst Full Time We bring together local and global brands in accommodation, transport, activities, and payments through our network of 300,000 hotels worldwide and 60,000 high-value clients across 140 source markets. Our tech-driven approach, combined with data and people, sets us apart in the market. We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional to take on the role of Senior Planning & Performance Analyst . You will support the P&P Manager in delivering reliable business insights through recurring and ad-hoc data analysis and reporting for leadership and project teams. This role requires autonomy, ownership of specific analyses or projects, and collaboration with stakeholders across Sourcing, Data & Analytics, and Project Management. Establish and maintain accurate reporting to track sourcing performance across management levels. Support project initiatives with relevant analysis. Leverage Tableau and Salesforce to automate and improve reporting processes. Ensure data accuracy and reporting requirements are met. Strong analytical and data modeling skills. Experience in reporting and performance tracking within sourcing or similar environments. Proficiency in Tableau , Salesforce , and data visualization tools.
