Join us as we shape the future of luxury real estateMain responsibilitiesIn-depth knowledge of Valencia city in order to list rental properties in target areas.Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with landlords while ensuring company commission policy is in place.Manage client relationships and insure proactive communication with both landlords and tenantsDeal with allocated clients(tenants) from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the rental dealsManage the full rental cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for landlords and tenants in order to close dealsKeep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activityRequirementsStrong previous experience in the real estate sector.
