We're looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent & Property Hunter who is passionate about the real estate market in Spain and is committed to delivering exceptional service to English-speaking clients. This role involves a blend of sales and client support, requiring the ability to manage prospects effectively and guide clients through every step of the property buying process.

SpainEasy, an affiliate of Olé Immobilier, is a dynamic and growing real estate agency that caters to English speakers looking to purchase properties in Spain. We are distinct from traditional agencies, offering personalized support to our clients throughout the buying process, from initial search to final purchase. We pride ourselves on working exclusively for clients who have entrusted us with their service mandate, ensuring dedicated sales and support.

**Your Mission**
- Engage with our extensive list of prospects, explaining SpainEasy's unique services and value proposition.
- Call and follow-up with prospects who have expressed interest in buying property in Spain, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
- Effectively use and update our CRM for daily tracking and progress reports.
- Secure service mandate agreements with interested clients.
- Accompany clients during property searches and purchases, providing administrative support, advice, and on-site assistance for property visits.
- Negotiate on behalf of our English-speaking clients with local agencies in Spain, ensuring their needs are perfectly matched.
- Ensure properties presented to clients align with their criteria, offering a tailored and personalized experience.

**Job Requirements**
- Fluent in English and Spannish, with excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the Spanish territory and its real estate market.
- Experience in real estate is highly desirable.
- Ability to commit to a 20-hour work week initially, with potential to extend to 40 hours within two months.
- Holder of a valid driver's license (Category B) and access to personal transportation.
- Presentable appearance and excellent articulation.

**What We Offer**
- A permanent contract for 20 hours/week for the first two months, followed by a full-time permanent contract.
- A competitive fixed salary plus attractive commissions.
