You will be a playing-coach - someone who leads by example, provides hands-on guidance, and drives the culture of engineering excellence. Your role is pivotal to building high-performing, growth-oriented teams that deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients. In this role you’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with the leaders of the majority team at Intellectsoft. Learn more at www.intellectsoft.net/ RequirementsWho you are : You’ve got solid 5+ years of software engineering leadership experience Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams in consulting, outsourcing, or fast-paced product environments You care deeply about growing people. You believe in unlocking potential through mentorship, coaching, and creating a culture of continuous learning. You take pride in helping engineers advance their careers and become technical leaders. Deep industry acumen : understanding of SDLC, CI / CD, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience working on or integrating AI / ML solutions is a strong plus, especially in client-facing or product-driven environments Proven experience driving engineering excellence through scalable standards, tooling, quality assurance, and governance - especially in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Understanding the intersection between engineering decisions and business outcomes - you are able to balance short-term delivery with long-term value creation for both Intellectsoft and clients. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling clear and effective interaction with international clients and team members. Highly adaptable, skilled at leading through ambiguity and rapid change while maintaining team alignment, stability, and focus on top priorities.
