With expertise in CSM, HRSD, and ITSM, you’ll shape platform architecture, drive integrations, and ensure best‑practice governance to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business goals.ResponsibilitiesLead the end‑to‑end architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and guaranteeing platform scalability, availability, and performance.Provide technical leadership to developers and consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform governance.Oversee and lead integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors), defining and applying appropriate integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs).Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, reusable solution design including documentation, technical approach, and developer instructions.Monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary.Coordinate platform rollouts and enhancements, working with relevant teams to uphold technical standards and best practices.Ensure compliance and license adherence by collaborating with the ServiceNow account team, workers council, and other stakeholders.Support upgrade planning, release management, and environment strategy.QualificationsSeveral years of hands‑on experience with ServiceNow, including architecting solutions across CSM, HRSD, and ITSM, along with one or more Implementation Specialist certifications in these areas.Expertise in ServiceNow data models, workflows, JavaScript scripting, and complex enterprise integrations (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors).Expertise with CMDB, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and custom app development.Strong ability to translate business requirements into high‑quality technical designs.LanguagesEnglish – proficient/fluentNice to haveServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL v3 or v4 certification, experience with Agile methodologies, Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) can be considered an asset.OfferA competitive salary package that reflects your qualifications and experience and aligns with current market values.Permanent contract.Flexible working hours and up to 50% home office.In‑house training programs and unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning.Private medical insurance.Meal allowance.Global benefits in addition to local benefits for Oviedo.How to ApplyPlease applyonline in English ; applications by e‑mail cannot be considered for data protection reasons.
