With expertise in CSM, HRSD, and ITSM, you’ll shape platform architecture, drive integrations, and ensure best‑practice governance to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business goals.ResponsibilitiesLead the end‑to‑end architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and guaranteeing platform scalability, availability, and performance.Provide technical leadership to developers and consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform governance.Oversee and lead integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors), defining and applying appropriate integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs).Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, reusable solution design including documentation, technical approach, and developer instructions.Monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary.Coordinate platform rollouts and enhancements, working with relevant teams to uphold technical standards and best practices.Ensure compliance and license adherence by collaborating with the ServiceNow
