Fully remote Spain | Full time Your position As a ServiceNow Architect, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the organization, reporting directly to the head of ServiceNow. With expertise in CSM, HRSD, and ITSM, you'll shape platform architecture, drive integrations, and ensure best practice governance to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business goals Your tasks Leading the end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies and guaranteeing platform scalability, availability, and performance Providing technical leadership to developers and consultants, ensuring adherence to best practices and platform governance Overseeing and leading integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors), defining and applying appropriate integration patterns and technologies (REST, SOAP, APIs) Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, reusable solution design including documentation, technical approach and developer's instructions Monitoring implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary Coordinating platform rollouts and enhancements, working with relevant teams to uphold technical standards and best practices Ensuring compliance and license adhering by collaborating with the ServiceNow
