Please do not contact the recruiter directly.Aunque la experiencia profesional y las cualificaciones son clave para este puesto, asegúrese de comprobar si posee las habilidades interpersonales preferibles antes de solicitar, si se requieren.Introduction to the vacant position:The Molecular Imaging for Precision Medicine group is looking for a postdoctoral researcher or senior research assistant to work on hyperpolarization-enhanced magnetic resonance methods and metabolomic studies by NMR.The contract will be within the framework of the EU FET Open project "Benchtop NMR spectrometer for lab-on-a-chip" ( ), whose objective is the development of non-invasive assays based on hyperpolarized magnetic resonance (MR) to study real-time metabolism on tissue engineered organ-on-a-chip systems.Main tasks and responsibilities / The successful candidate will develop research involving:Prepare samples, acquire and process data for metabolomic studiesPerform and optimise PHIP and DNP experimentsPerform NMR and MRI experimentsCo-supervise studentsParticipate in lab meetingsRepresent the lab at national and international meetingsWrite and publish journal articlesRequirements for candidates:Essential:PhD in physics, chemistry, biomedical engineering or similar areasPrevious experience in NMR at any levelCompetencies and skills: Excellent communication and teamworking skills, proactivity, commitment, critical and analytical thinkingHigh level of EnglishAdvantageous:International experienceExperience in MRI will be a plusExperience in chemical synthesis and catalysisExperience in scientific writing (papers)Multidisciplinary qualificationsWe Offer:Number of available positions: 1Starting date: 1 January 2023Working conditions:Full time contract for 3 years.
