Queremos que te unas a nuestro equipoSerás la voz experta que garantiza una experiencia de cliente (CX) excepcional y bien fundamentada.Responsabilidades ClaveAtención de Alto Nivel: Gestionar todas las interacciones con clientes/alumnos (ticketst) manteniendo un estándar de servicio profesional y resolutivo.Soporte Financiero Especializado: Actuar como el primer punto de contacto para resolver consultas relacionadas con conceptos financieros, dudas sobre productos o servicios, y terminología del mercado (inversión, inflación, tipos de interés).Gestión End-to-End de Incidencias: Identificar, documentar y garantizar el seguimiento de problemas operativos y escalarlos de forma eficiente a los equipos senior o técnicos cuando sea necesario.Mejora Continua: Contribuir a la actualización de la base de conocimientos y reportar las tendencias de las consultas para impulsar la mejora en nuestros productos y servicios. Lo Que Esperamos de Ti (Requisitos Indispensables)Experiencia: Mínimo 1 años de experiencia demostrable en Atención al Cliente o Soporte (valorable en FinTech, banca o educación financiera).Conocimientos Financieros Prácticos:Fuerte interés y comprensión de finanzas personales e inversión.Familiaridad con conceptos como inflación, interés compuesto, y las principales clases de activos (acciones, fondos, cripto).Habilidades Técnicas:Manejo de herramientas CRM y sistemas de gestión de tickets.
