Controlar el stock disponible y asegurar que los pedidos internacionales se preparen y gestionen correctamente. Elaborar documentación comercial necesaria en cada operación, incluyendo proformas y facturas. Gestionar cobros, así como apoyar en tareas de seguimiento y regularización de pagos pendientes . Coordinar transportes internacionales, supervisando el estado de los envíos y resolviendo incidencias . Gestionar coberturas asociadas a las operaciones de exportación. Mantener una comunicación constante con clientes de diferentes países, ofreciendo asistencia y seguimiento continuo. Colaborar de forma habitual con los departamentos de administración, contabilidad y logística. Requisitos Conocimientos sólidos de catalán, castellano, italiano e inglés en un nivel fluido . Manejo avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel. Experiencia previa en atención y soporte a clientes, preferiblemente en entornos internacionales. Se tendrá en cuenta experiencia en áreas administrativas, contables o de logística internacional . Ventajas Incorporación a un entorno ritmo dinámico y orientado al crecimiento.
