We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large‑scale technologic solutions to big companies.What are we looking for?We are looking for aSenior ServiceNow TPRM Engineer , working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.This role aims to deliver and maintain secure, efficient ServiceNow TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) solutions that support the end‑to‑end third‑party risk lifecycle. The focus is on developing compliant, scalable functionalities within a regulated financial services context, ensuring robust integration, automation, and adherence to governance and audit standards.Main tasks and accountabilities will be:Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) solutions aligned with vendor risk lifecycle processes including onboarding, assessment, monitoring, and offboarding.Implement custom configurations, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform using client scripts, business rules, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server technologies.Collaborate with stakeholders in regulated environments, particularly financial services, to ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements.What UST expects from you?Proven track record of delivering mid‑to‑large scale ServiceNow projects in regulated industries (financial services preferred).Expertise in ServiceNow scripting: Glide API, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Scripted Web Services, etc.Solid understanding of ITIL-based processes and risk management lifecycles (onboarding, assessment, monitoring, offboarding).Experience with integration patterns (REST/SOAP, MID Server, JSON/XML handling) and data migration strategies.Minimum 7 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3 years focused on the TPRM/Vendor Risk Management module.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and third‑party risk management processes, with proven application in regulated industry environments.Good English level (C1) you will be working with international teams.Nice to have:Certification(s): Certified Application Developer (CAD), System Administrator, or Certified Implementation Specialist – Third‑party Risk ManagementHybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office + 2 days remote.Business Hours.
