We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.#We are looking for aSenior ServiceNow TPRM Engineer, working close to one of our main clients in banking sector. This role aims to deliver and maintain secure, efficient ServiceNow TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) solutions that support the end-to-end third-party risk lifecycle. Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) solutions aligned with vendor risk lifecycle processes including onboarding, assessment, monitoring, and offboarding. Implement custom configurations, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform using client scripts, business rules, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server technologies. Proven track record of delivering mid-to-large scale ServiceNow projects in regulated industries (financial services preferred). Expertise in ServiceNow scripting: Glide API, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Scripted Web Services, etc. Solid understanding of ITIL-based processes and risk management lifecycles (onboarding, assessment, monitoring, offboarding). Experience with integration patterns (REST/SOAP, MID Server, JSON/XML handling) and data migration strategies. Minimum 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3 years focused on the TPRM/Vendor Risk Management module. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and third-party risk management processes, with proven application in regulated industry environments.
