What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow TPRM Engineer, working close to one of our main clients in banking sector.

This role aims to deliver and maintain secure, efficient ServiceNow TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) solutions that support the end-to-end third-party risk lifecycle. The focus is on developing compliant, scalable functionalities within a regulated financial services context, ensuring robust integration, automation, and adherence to governance and audit standards.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management) solutions aligned with vendor risk lifecycle processes including onboarding, assessment, monitoring, and offboarding.
- Implement custom configurations, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform using client scripts, business rules, REST/SOAP web services, and MID Server technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in regulated environments, particularly financial services, to ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements.

What UST expects from you?
- Proven track record of delivering mid-to-large scale ServiceNow projects in regulated industries (financial services preferred).
- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting: Glide API, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Scripted Web Services, etc.
- Solid understanding of ITIL-based processes and risk management lifecycles (onboarding, assessment, monitoring, offboarding).
- Experience with integration patterns (REST/SOAP, MID Server, JSON/XML handling) and data migration strategies.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with at least 3 years focused on the TPRM/Vendor Risk Management module.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and third-party risk management processes, with proven application in regulated industry environments.
- Good english level (C1) you will be working with international teams.

Nice to hace:
- Certification(s): Certified Application Developer (CAD), System Administrator, or Certified Implementation Specialist - Third-party Risk Management

Work Location

Hybrid. Madrid city center (Sol area). 3 days a week in the office + 2 days remote.

Work schedule

Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
