This position is based in our Santander office, where you’ll collaborate with a motivated and cooperative team. Your main responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle — from analysing opportunities, prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing — for upsell and cross-sell deals within your client portfolio. Analyse sales opportunities using data and insights to identify trends, potential growth areas, and strategic approaches for each account. Proactively manage your pipeline , prioritizing the most promising opportunities to maximize impact and conversion. Identify, navigate, and support clients throughout their decision-making process, building confidence at every stage. Consistently close deals that meet or exceed your sales targets while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Create and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and long-term value for both the customer and Acicatech. Collaborate closely with other departments to align on strategies that enhance client success. Provide accurate sales forecasting and communicate clearly with sales leadership about opportunities, risks, and progress.
