This role will play a critical part in optimizing HR processes ensuring data accuracy and enabling strategic decision-making through analytics and reporting.Workday Functional SupportProvide subject matter expertise in Workday HCM and Absence modules.Configure and maintain business processes security roles and organizational structures.Support HR operations by resolving functional issues and advising on best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement functional enhancements.Reporting and AnalyticsDevelop and maintain custom and standard reports in Workday.Partner with People Analytics to deliver insights through dashboards and visualizations.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting tools.Support ad-hoc reporting needs for HR Finance and leadership teams.Data ManagementMaintain data integrity across HR systems through audits and validations.Support mass data uploads and corrections using EIBs and other tools.Collaborate with HR teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry and updates.Stakeholder EngagementAct as a liaison between HR IT and other business units to ensure alignment on system usage and data needs.Provide training and documentation for HR users on system functionality and reporting.Governance and ComplianceEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR HIPAA).Participate in audits and risk assessments related to HR data and systems.Maintain documentation for functional configurations and reporting processes.QualificationsBachelors degree in Human Resources Information Systems Business Administration or related field.3 years of experience in HRIS or People Technology roles with a focus on Workday HCM and Absence.Strong understanding of Workday reporting tools (Advanced Matrix Composite reports).Experience with data management and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau).The skills we would love to see in your suitcaseExperience supporting global HR operations and multi-country configurations.Familiarity with Workday security and business process frameworks.Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards.Project management experience or certification (e.g. Agile PMP).Why choose us as your next destinationWe are super proud of our dedicated team of friendly energetic & passionate professionals.
