Our products areclinically proven, patent-protected , and currently commercialized inover 70 countriesthrough strategic partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies.Driven by science and innovation, Devicare combines strong clinical evidence with a global business vision to deliver meaningful solutions that improve patients’ quality of life.Learn more at MissionTo lead theend-to-end development of food supplements and cosmetic products , from concept to market launch, ensuring scientific robustness, regulatory feasibility, manufacturing viability, and strong commercial differentiation.Reporting LineThis position reports directly toCEO .Key ResponsibilitiesLeadnew product development (NPD) projectsfor food supplements and cosmetic products from ideation to commercialization.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate withCMOs, suppliers, and manufacturing partners .Proposeinnovative, market-driven formulationsthat are feasible from a manufacturing and regulatory perspective.Select ingredients supported byapproved claims, regulatory compliance, and/or published clinical evidence .Prepare and managetechnical product documentation , including formulations, specifications, and dossiers.Developscientific and clinical support materialsfor Medical Affairs and Commercial teams.Collaborate closely withMarketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical, and Commercial teams .Monitormarket trends, innovation, and competitive landscapein nutraceuticals and cosmetics.Ensure timelines, budgets, and project milestones are met.RequirementsBachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD inLife Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology , or a related field.3–7+ years of experiencein product development withinfood supplements, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, or health products .Proven experience managingCMOs and external development partners .Strong knowledge offormulation, ingredients, claims, and scientific evidence .Ability to translate scientific concepts intocommercially relevant products .Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.Fluent in Englishand Spanish.What Devicare OffersAkey role in driving product innovationwithin a science-driven organization.Direct involvement in products that reachinternational markets .The opportunity to work in aninnovative, fast-growing companywith a strong scientific foundation. xsgfvud Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and responsibilities.Flexibility and acollaborative, high-quality working environment .
