Learn more at www.devicare.comRole MissionTo lead the end-to-end development of food supplements and cosmetic products, from concept to market launch, ensuring scientific robustness, regulatory feasibility, manufacturing viability, and strong commercial differentiation.Reporting LineThis position reports directly to CEO.Key ResponsibilitiesLead new product development (NPD) projects for food supplements and cosmetic products from ideation to commercialization.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with CMOs, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.Propose innovative, market-driven formulations that are feasible from a manufacturing and regulatory perspective.Select ingredients supported by approved claims, regulatory compliance, and/or published clinical evidence.Prepare and manage technical product documentation, including formulations, specifications, and dossiers.Develop scientific and clinical support materials for Medical Affairs and Commercial teams.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Medical, and Commercial teams.Monitor market trends, innovation, and competitive landscape in nutraceuticals and cosmetics.Ensure timelines, budgets, and project milestones are met.RequirementsBachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field.3–7+ years of experience in product development within food supplements, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, or health products.Proven experience managing CMOs and external development partners.Strong knowledge of formulation, ingredients, claims, and scientific evidence.Ability to translate scientific concepts into commercially relevant products.Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.Fluent in English and Spanish.What Devicare OffersA key role in driving product innovation within a science-driven organization.Direct involvement in products that reach international markets.The opportunity to work in an innovative, fast-growing company with a strong scientific foundation.Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and responsibilities.Flexibility and a collaborative, high-quality working environment.
