Responsible for leading service sales activities and developing a sales strategy to achieve designated targets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the Service business sales strategy in Spain.Lead, direct, and control all sales functions to meet organizational objectives.Own key account management of major clients, actively selling company products and services.Negotiate sales terms, establish targets for product mix, sales volume, market share, and monitor performance against goals; ensure compliance with contractual specifications.Select and manage relationships with external service providers to meet service standards.Lead, evaluate, coach, and develop a sales team (Sales Representatives + internal sales team); manage sales activities via CRM systems, setting targets, reporting, and lead identification.Ensure the sales process is managed efficiently through the CRM system; define sales organization structure to meet corporate objectives.Contribute to business planning and align sales strategy with group objectives.Liaise with cross‑functional managers to align initiatives with overall objectives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent sales experience and training acceptable.Minimum five (5) years in managerial sales roles within service business, preferably in a matrix organization.Experience meeting monthly minimum sales targets and managing CRM funnel size.Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in industrial service business.Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to coach and develop a team of 15–20 personnel.Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.Good command of English.Ability to work in a multicultural environment.Willingness to travel (approx. 40% of time, mainly nationally).Additional InformationRemote work possible; position posted for immediate start.Travel required: approximately 40% of working time, mainly national.About KonecranesKonecranes moves what matters.
