GENERAL MANAGER SPAIN

This profile will be
responsible for managing and further developing the business in Spain
, playing a key role in shaping the future
strategic direction of the organization
.

Key responsabilities
:

  • Full responsibility for all business operations and results
    (P&L, balance sheet, etc.).
  • Provide leadership and
    strategic
    direction to the sales and commercial operations
    .
  • Prepare the
    annual budget and forecasts
    and monitor performance against targets.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes and strategies
    , ensuring alignment with HQ.
  • Oversee and enhance
    direct marketing and advertising plans
    .
  • Ensure client information management and maintain an up-to-date customer database; continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Guarantee company compliance
    with all local laws and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
:

  • Able to motivate and lead a team with strong leadership, vision and focus.
  • Strong commercial ability to negotiate contracts and improve business flow.
  • Proven track record of developing a
    direct marketing and sales strategies
    .
  • Background knowledge of equipment installation, maintenance and service.
  • Experience in management and leading personnel.
  • Experience in B2C markets
    is a plus.
  • Fluent in
    Spanish
    ,
    Catalan
    and
    English
    (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
