Empresa líder europea en Tenant Representation y D&B en el sector terciario busca un Jefe de proyectos para sus oficinas en Madrid.Inscríbase rápido, consulte la descripción completa desplazándose hacia abajo para conocer todos los requisitos de este puesto.La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar la gestión de los proyectos de Diseño y Construcción (D&B) que la compañía hace sobre activos terciarios (oficinas), manteniendo también un fuerte perfil comercial. Se incorporará a un grupo internacional con presencia en nueve países y ayudará al cumplimiento del plan de crecimiento en España y Portugal.Formación Académica:Arquitectura Experiencia:Más de 10-15 años en gestión de proyectos de activos terciarios (oficinas) en consultoras, constructoras o empresas de Design & Build. Negociación con clientes y proveedores. Originación comercial y aportación de cartera de clientes. Familiaridad con entornos internacionales y multinacionales. Nivel de inglés alto (C1). Liderar el equipo técnico y de proyectos de D&B en España y Portugal. Coordinar proveedores y clientes. Acompañar el crecimiento comercial de la compañía. Coordinar la oficina técnica de desarrollo de proyectos.Gestión y liderazgo del equipo técnico y de proyectos de D&BParticipación en originación y prospección comercial Preparación de ofertas técnicas y comerciales. Administración y control de proyectos en curso. xsgfvud Integración de criterios de sostenibilidad y certificaciones (LEED, BREEAM, WELL).
