With over 125 years of innovation, they deliver custom-engineered coating solutions, aimed at ensuring the long-term performance and value retention of consumer and capital goods.If you enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment with open communication, flat hierarchies, and clear objectives, where ideas are valued and results are celebrated, this could be your next professional step.ResponsibilitiesDrive business development and key account management activities within the automotive sector across Iberia.Identify growth opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer needs.Develop and implement sales concepts in collaboration with internal technical and operational teams.Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (R&D, production, quality) to ensure alignment on specifications and technical solutions.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to contract closure and long-term client relationship management.Participate in defining framework agreements, pricing structures, and strategic commercial plans.Ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and long-term business sustainability.RequirementsUniversity degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within industrial environments (automotive, aviation, machinery, etc.).Solid understanding of technical sales processes and complex industrial products or solutions.Professional fluency in Spanish and English (German is a strong plus).Knowledge of SAP or similar CRM/ERP systems will be highly valued.Strong technical curiosity and solution-oriented mindset.High sense of ownership, autonomy, and commercial drive.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and attention to detail.Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to travel across Iberia as needed.What we offerOpportunity to join an international organization with a solid reputation and long-term vision.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and cross-industry innovation projects.Collaborative, pragmatic, and empowering work culture with short decision-making lines. xsgfvud Competitive compensation package and professional development opportunities within a global structure.
