With a diverse, multicultural team, we deliver innovative solutions and 24/7 service to our partners.Por favor, asegúrese de leer completamente el resumen y los requisitos de esta oportunidad de empleo que se detallan a continuación.We are seeking a German-speaking Contracting Manager to join our Global Contracting Team, focusing on the Germany and Scandinavian markets (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland).This is a remote position based in Mallorca.The role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in the hotel and travel sector who want to leverage their market knowledge and local network to strengthen Yanolja Go Global’s presence in these key regions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with hotels across Germany and Scandinavia.Negotiate and finalise contracts in line with company standards, commercial targets, and legal guidelines.Identify new hotel partners and expand portfolio coverage in key destinations.Monitor supplier performance, ensuring competitive rates, availability, and promotions.Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Finance, and Marketing) to ensure operational excellence.Represent Yanolja Go Global at trade fairs, workshops, and industry networking events when required.RequirementsBased in Spain (preferably Mallorca). Fluency in German and fluent English is essential.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Contracting Manager or similar B2B role in the travel industry.Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills.Excellent relationship-building abilities and a proactive, results-driven mindset.Solid understanding of the DACH and Scandinavian hotel markets.Ability to work independently and travel when needed.Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience working with both independent hotels and international chains.Knowledge of travel industry distribution models (bedbanks, OTAs, wholesalers).Familiarity with rate management, seasonal pricing, and market trends.Established network within the hotel and tourism sector.Why Join Us?Join a global, fast-growing travel-tech company.Collaborate with international teams across multiple markets.Enjoy a flexible remote setup based in Spain.Contribute directly to the company’s commercial expansion across Europe. xsgfvud Yanolja Travel is committed to protecting your privacy.
