One of our core responsibilities is to provide necessary support to implement strategic projects to organisation like Central Finance, Global Portfolio, Operating Company Integration while providing necessary hands-on support to Regions on a global scale.Reporting to the Senior Director of Group Finance Enablement and Operations, you have a critical role to the rollout of the tools and processes necessary to underpin our business. We have a substantial roadmap of exciting projects to both deliver new capabilities and align existing processes into global standards.Support Group Finance Enablement and Operation under NTT Ltd for all regions / services on a global scale (make changes happen to achieve a transformation required by business)Support implementation on key strategic projects by analysing / proposing changes to both finance and system while socialising / managing the key stakeholders in cross functions (14 business divisions) and in 70 countries across EU/ MEA/ APAC/AMS Region to support $10B global business.NTT Ltd is a global organisation and therefore very occasional business trips may be required to NTT locations around the world, as will some flexibility to accommodate multi-timezone calls.**Working at NTT**As a Finance Analyst it is expected that you will be adept at taking business requirements and converting these into functional requirements for development. You will have a passion to understand how the business operates, ensuring that existing processes are well documented and optimised end-to-end.Key responsibilities include:1. Financial Analyst- Work with the different stakeholders to collect requirements for the required business process to do an initial analysis and proposal.- Align development activities with company priorities.- Perform analysis, and research about tools and processes which can improve the overall design and efficiency of the business workflow.- Support the alignment and ongoing optimization of processes across teams in our business.- Provide training to the different regions, users and stakeholders about business tools and processes- Create integration / migration business cases.2. Other day to day tasks:- Plan and execute other tasks and projects in the context of Group Finance planning- Create specific analysis, reports or periodic tasks established within the department.Additional Job Description- Key Skills / Requirements for this role- Proven work experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role.- Good communication skills - to be able to liaise effectively with all levels across the organization (in different regions and functions)- Financial/ Management Accounting Skills- Logical Thinking & Analytical Capability- Data / Financial Analysis (and presentation skills in English to high profile stakeholders)- System Architect (CPQ, ERP, BI etc) from finance perspective- Self-driven, time-management and organization skills- Experience of supporting business by understanding the requirements from business- Exceptional level of judgement with proven problem-solving skills with the fortitude to take initiative where appropriate- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Word.
