Simplemente lea la descripción completa a continuación para obtener una idea clara de los requisitos del candidato.What You’ll Do:Lead a high‑performing team of data scientists and product analysts, focusing on maximizing impact, driving experimentation, and fostering continuous growth.Empower and upskill existing talent, helping them expand capabilities and ownership.Define and drive the data science & analytics roadmap, aligning with business and product priorities.Balance predictive modelling, experimentation, and deep analytics to unlock strategic opportunities.Ensure best practices in data governance, quality, and scalability.Scale A/B testing and causal inference frameworks to support data‑driven product iteration.Develop methodologies to measure impact and optimize key metrics.Partner with PMs, engineers, and leadership to ensure data is central to decision‑making.Leverage data storytelling and advanced analytics to influence strategic decisions.Bridge data science and product analytics so teams have the right tools and insights to move fast.Advocate for a data‑driven culture, translating insights into action.Challenges You’ll Face:Balancing technical depth with strategic priorities.Building and maintaining alignment across diverse stakeholders.Navigating the competitive landscape of the mobility industry.Managing shift during big tech transformation, balancing priorities and communication.About You:10+ years of experience in Data Science, Analytics or related field, with 3+ years of leadership experience.Proven ability to recruit, develop and mentor high‑performing teams.Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical modelling and production‑grade data science.Strong background in experimentation, A/B testing, and causal inference.Ability to translate complex data insights into business actions.Experience in mobility, marketplace, or consumer tech industries.Familiarity with ML in production and real‑time analytics.Hands‑on experience with modern data platforms (BigQuery, Dataform, Vertex, Amplitude, etc.).What We Value:Transparency – open communication and culture of honesty.Empowerment – enable teams to innovate and experiment freely.Learning‑Oriented – turn challenges into growth opportunities.Collaboration – build strong relationships with cross‑functional teams.
