And through diversity, we have harnessed the power of people while also understanding and embracing the importance of the humanities.Our PeopleAt IE we are:People-drivenChange BuildersAutonomy EnthusiastsCommunication EnthusiastsKnowledge championsWe are seeking a candidate to fill a full-time position in Madrid, located at the IE Tower.ResponsibilitiesYour role an Associate Director will involve:Own the Performance Cycle: Lead the full annual performance management cycle—from goal setting to mid-year reviews and year-end evaluations—ensuring a smooth process and a culture of meaningful, growth-oriented feedback.Champion Fairness & Alignment: Promote consistency and equity by aligning individual and team goals with IE’s broader strategy, reinforcing a high-performance culture.Empower Leaders: Support managers in crafting impactful SMART objectives and KPIs, offering best-practice frameworks and tools that raise the quality and consistency of goal setting across departments.Turn Data into Action: Design and maintain interactive dashboards that visualize performance trends.
