We are recruiting a Customer Service Specialist for a medium sized industrial company , nationally based and operating in international markets . The position is located in Sant Cugat del Vallès and offers a stable role in a family-owned company with an excellent working environment . Your main responsibilities: Order management from receipt to delivery Follow-up of shipments and delivery dates Handling customer incidents and claims Coordination with factory and logistics teams Daily contact with customers in French and Spanish Collaboration with Sales, including a supportive commercial component Your profile: +3 years of experience in Customer Service (industrial sector is a plus) Fluent French and English – both mandatory Other languages will be valued Highly organized, responsible and customer-oriented Strong communication skills and high adaptability Comfortable working in an international environment What’s on offer: Permanent contract Full-time position (8-hour working day) On-site role in Sant Cugat del Vallès Salary according to experience Flexible mindset, long-term stability Very positive working atmosphere in a people-oriented Interested in a stable role where your languages and customer focus really matter? xsgfvud Apply or contact us for more information (confidential process).
