This strategic role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in complex B2B environments and has a strong understanding of the architecture, design, or construction sectors . Main Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of international accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and sales growth. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Europe, the USA, the Middle East, and Asia. Build trusted relationships with distributors, architects, developers, and high-end contractors. Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new distributors and partners. Monitor and analyze commercial KPIs to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Requirements 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the construction, architectural, or building materials industries. Proven success in managing international accounts and complex negotiations. Knowledge of international business operations , including documentation, shipment methods, and Incoterms. Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
