In this role, you will not only manage and grow existing customer relationships but also actively identify and pursue new business opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, deliver value, and drive revenue growth for A1 Digital solutions Location: Spain (Remote with travel as required) Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of customer accounts in Spain while actively hunting for new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Identify customer needs and propose suitable A1 Digital solutions (cloud, IoT, cybersecurity, data analytics). Proactively generate leads, prospect new clients, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure. Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, product management, delivery) to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor account performance, sales pipeline, and report regularly to management. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. Represent A1 Digital at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities as needed. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in account management, B2B sales, or business development, ideally in IT or digital solutions. Strong hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and close deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Customer-focused, self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven by targets. Willingness to travel as required.
