Esta posición es clave para garantizar la eficiencia operativa, la seguridad y la satisfacción del cliente.Coordinar operaciones para maximizar la eficiencia y rentabilidad.Implementar prácticas estándar de trabajo y soluciones innovadoras en tiempo real.Gestionar la seguridad de la flota y realizar auditorías.Resolver escalaciones de clientes y asegurar la calidad en las entregas.Impulsar la mejora continua en procesos y experiencia del cliente.Nivel avanzado de español (oral y escrito).Nivel de inglés intermedio-alto (B2).Experiencia en análisis de datos y métricas operativas.Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experiencia en gestión de socios comerciales. xsgfvud Experiencia en entornos operativos como logística, retail o atención al cliente.
