We have been in the market for 10 years, specialize in efficient, cost-effective and simple logistics services for B2B and B2C customers, ensuring on-time deliveries and exceptional service. Job Overview: We are looking for a high-potential individual with a strong desire to join our Customer Service team . The purpose of this role is to ensure that our customers receive excellent service at every stage of the logistics process, from order receipt to final delivery. You will have the opportunity to become part of the operational heart of the company, participating in key account management, daily order coordination, and the continuous improvement of our processes and tools. Responsibilities: Support the daily operational management of orders and accounts. Maintain fluid and proactive communication with customers, mainly through Front, Slack and email. Use our tools (ERP, WMS, CMS) to keep information up to date and accurate. Coordinate with the warehouse team to prepare and ship orders. Manage relationships with carriers and other suppliers to ensure timely and proper deliveries. Participate in incident resolution and improvement opportunities. Contribute to the preparation of reports for the management team. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus. High level of proficiency in Excel and digital tools. C1 level of English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, independent, and eager to learn. Good verbal and written communication skills. High tolerance for change and ability to work under pressure.
