Por favor, lea la descripción al menos una vez antes de hacer clic en "Solicitar".Este rol será clave para diseñar, implementar y optimizar la estrategia comercial y operativa de los canales wholesale y marketplaces, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas, rentabilidad y posicionamiento de la marca.Responsabilidades principales:- Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia multicanal (marketplaces, distribuidores, etc.) alineada con los objetivos de negocio.- Negociar acuerdos comerciales, condiciones de servicio, precios y promociones con socios de canal.- Analizar el desempeño de cada canal, incluyendo ventas, márgenes, inventarios y KPIs clave.- Optimizar la rentabilidad mediante estrategias de pricing, promociones y surtido.- Coordinar con áreas internas para garantizar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias.- Liderar la integración omnicanal y buscar sinergias entre canales online y offline.- Identificar oportunidades de expansión y nuevas alianzas estratégicas.Requisitos:- Grado en Administración, Marketing o carreras a fines.- 4–7 años de experiencia en gestión de canales, trade marketing o desarrollo comercial en retail, consumo masivo o e-commerce.- Experiencia en negociación con grandes cuentas y marketplaces. xsgfvud - Conocimiento de herramientas CRM, plataformas e-commerce y análisis de datos.
