Our people come from every corner of science, medicine, marketing, and communications, partnering with clients—and connecting with each other— to achieve meaningful change through better, more innovative communications.About the roleAs a Senior Account Executive, you will take ownership of the day-to-day management and delivery of client projects across multiple accounts, ensuring seamless execution and strong client relationships. You will manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and supporting strategic planning in partnership with Account Managers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day delivery of national and international accounts from initial briefing through to final delivery.Oversee project coordination, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.Prepare and manage detailed budgets, cost estimates, and financial tracking for assigned accounts.Act as a primary client contact for specific projects, ensuring clear, timely, and solution-focused communication.Collaborate closely with creative, medical, digital teams, and external suppliers to deliver campaigns.Prepare and present client proposals, contact reports, status updates, and project documentation.Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines, regulatory requirements (where applicable), and agency quality standards.Support Account Managers in strategic planning, client relationship development, and account growth initiatives.Proactively identify potential risks or challenges in project delivery and implement solutions.Mentor and guide junior account executives, providing feedback and support for professional development.Skills & ExperienceDegree level education with a focus on marketing, advertising, science or healthcareAt least 4 years of experience in a creative advertising agency or healthcare communications agencyHigh level of English for written and verbal communicationsEvidence of strong worth ethic and proactivity in and out of education/workProficient in all relevant softwareOmnicom Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
