Siga leyendo para descubrirlo y envíe su solicitud.Director of Sales & Marketingto lead the commercial vision of our vibrant lifestyle resort on the iconic Costa del Sol.Your MissionLead the hotel’s overall sales and marketing strategy, developing and executing commercial plans to maximize revenue across all business units (rooms, F&B, spa, events), while ensuring alignment with the METT brand positioning and company goals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the Annual Commercial Plan and sales targets.Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team with clear direction, motivation, and support.Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and managing key accounts and partnerships (travel agencies, tour operators, MICE, corporate).Oversee marketing, public relations, branding, and digital campaigns to elevate hotel visibility and demand.Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and distribution strategies.Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions.RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar senior sales and marketing role within the luxury hospitality industry (preferably resort experience).Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Solid leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and team development skills.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and market trends.Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.What We OfferA leadership role in a fast-growing luxury lifestyle brand.A dynamic and multicultural work environment.Career development opportunities within Sunset Hospitality Group. xsgfvud Prime location on the Costa del Sol, one of Europe’s most attractive destinations.If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and lead the commercial success of METT Marbella, we would love to hear from you#J-18808-Ljbffr
