Our client is a leading global educational group with over 80 years of experience, offering innovative language and learning programs worldwide. We are looking for a bold and ambitious Sales Manager for the Italian market to lead and inspire a team of Student Recruitment Specialists. This role focuses on driving team performance, achieving sales targets, and strengthening the company’s presence in a competitive market.Achieve and exceed sales targets by maximizing team performance and fostering a culture of accountability, strong work ethic, and continuous development. -Oversee the Sales Department, leading all initiatives related to recruiting, training, coaching, and managing sales agents. -Develop and maintain Sales Standard Operating Procedures. -Collaborate with Marketing and other stakeholders to design and implement promotional strategies for the region. -Monitor and evaluate sales operations performance using business intelligence tools; track key KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates, revenue per sale, refund rates, quality -monitoring, and productivity metrics. -Provide regular, data-driven performance insights to senior management in alignment with the EU B2C Sales Director.Native-level Italian and strong English; additional languages are a plus. -Relevant academic background in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, or related fields. -Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a B2C or Direct Sales organization. -Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. -Strategic thinker, able to make data-driven decisions. -Professional development and clear career progression opportunities. -Discounted private medical insurance. -Unlimited tea & coffee, free Monday breakfast, and fresh fruit on Thursdays. -Permanent full-time contract with hybrid work (2 days WFH).Office Location You will be based in our modern Eixample office in Barcelona, surrounded by restaurants and shops, within a dynamic and youthful work environment.
