In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of functions and business units within the EMEA region. As a key partner to our hiring managers, you will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to support our growth and innovation. You will also take ownership of our Barcelona office, overseeing the day-to-day employee experience, onboarding and offboarding processes, and serving as the focal point for the location.”Key Responsibilities:Oversee Barcelona office operations, including daily employee needs, onboarding, offboarding, and ensuring a positive workplace experienceManage the full recruitment life cycle, from role briefing through sourcing, interviewing, and offer management, to onboardingCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and define job requirementsDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across multiple EMEA marketsScreen and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and professional fitProvide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment processBuild strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsMaintain accurate data and reporting within the applicant tracking system (ATS)Providing insights into talent availability, salary benchmarking, competitor mapping, and recruitment trends.Work closely with the global HR team to align on company-wide people and talent initiatives, ensuring consistency in approach across regions.Requirements4+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment role, ideally within an international or matrixes organizationStrong understanding of recruitment practices and employment markets across EMEASourcing skills, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other toolsAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent in English (written and spoken);Knowledge of ATS tools (preferably Recruit / Comeet) is desirableApply for this positionLinkedIn profileFields marked with * are mandatory. xsgfvud First name *Last name *Email *Phone *Resume * Attach ResumePersonal websiteAttach Cover LetterAttach PortfolioPersonal noteI agree that you can keep my data for an extended time period so that it will be easier for you to contact me about job opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
