You will be not only a shaper of the brand image but also a key bridge connecting online traffic to offline sales. We expect you to enhance brand influence and directly drive business growth through innovative digital means, including but not limited to livestreaming, short-form video, and other new media formats.Key Responsibilities:Digital Content Strategy & CreationDevelop and execute the brand's social media communication strategy, encompassing platform selection, content planning, user engagement, and reputation management.Independently or by coordinating a team, plan, script, shoot, and edit high-quality digital content, including short videos, livestreams, graphics, and text.Possess a deep understanding of the rules, algorithms, content characteristics, and user profiles of major social and digital platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook), and optimize content strategy accordingly to maximize exposure and engagement.Dealer Digital Marketing Enablement & Management:Provide dealers with digital marketing strategy consultation, content review, and standardized guidance to ensure their online activities comply with brand guidelines and have local effectiveness.Oversee the content quality and brand consistency on dealer websites and social media accounts.Manage the development, distribution, and usage training of digital marketing materials for dealers (e.g., digital ad creatives, online campaign templates).Online Campaign Execution & Performance ConversionPlan and execute online launch events, live sales broadcasts, virtual showrooms, online roadshows, and other digital activations.Work closely with the sales team to design conversion paths from online traffic (views, likes, leads) to offline store visits and sales, monitoring and analyzing data at each stage to continuously optimize conversion rates.Be responsible for integrating digital elements into local market events, providing online预热, live interaction, and follow-up communication support for offline activities (e.g., auto shows, test drives).Data Analysis & Strategy OptimizationMonitor and analyze performance data across all digital channels (e.g., engagement rate, reach, lead generation, conversion rate), and submit regular performance reports.Quickly adjust content strategy and advertising placement based on data insights to ensure maximum return on marketing investment.Perform other related duties as required by business needs.Qualifications:Core AttributesOutgoing and Creative: Excellent communicator with an active mind, capable of consistently generating innovative communication ideas.Strong Presence and Expressiveness: Comfortable on camera with good presentation skills, capable of hosting livestreams and participating in video shoots.Embraces New Media: Passionate and knowledgeable about new platforms and formats like livestreaming and short-form video.Results-Driven: Deeply understands that the ultimate goal of digital marketing is to drive sales, with a clear conversion mindset.Essential Skills & Experience:~3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media operations, or content creation. Experience in the automotive industry or verticals like premium consumer goods is highly preferred.~ Hard Skills: Possess outstanding shooting, video editing, and copywriting/scriptwriting skills.
