If you have experience in industrial maintenance and want to lead and optimize operations in a multinational environment — this is your chanceKey Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and facilities.- Develop and implement maintenance plans to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.- Lead and coordinate a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a safe and collaborative work environment.- Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations across all maintenance activities.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient production.- Analyze and report KPIs to identify areas for improvement.Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.- Strong knowledge of safety and quality standards.- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related field.- Good level of English and Spanish.- Willingness to relocate permanently to Europe. xsgfvud Ready for your next international adventure?Apply now
