If you love seeing your projects come to life and thrive on solving complex problems, you’ll be the perfect fit to manage the full lifecycle of our high‑impact Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You’ll be working closely with our international project management team and partners, delivering top‑tier, custom solar solutions.What you will be doingSolar Design Analyst: Analyse and design cutting‑edge PV systems, electrical layouts, wiring diagrams, and specifications that guarantee peak performance and adhere to the highest safety standards.Site Scout & Strategist: Visit sites to assess feasibility, determine optimal panel placement, and size the systems based on client energy needs and environmental factors.Fault Finder & Optimiser: Analyse system performance data to identify issues, troubleshoot faults, and implement corrective actions that maximise energy output and ensure reliable, long‑term operation.Installation Co‑Pilot: Work hand‑in‑hand with project managers and contractors, oversee the installation process, and commission new solar and energy storage systems.Future‑Proofing: Research the newest trends and technologies in solar and storage, and help continuously improve our designs and processes.Documentation Keeper: Prepare essential technical reports and keep all system documentation flawless and up‑to‑date.What you need to bringEducation: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.Core Knowledge: Design, installation, and maintenance of commercial solar electric systems, with strong knowledge of industry standards.Software Skills: Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools like PVsyst and PV Sol.Bonus Power‑Up: Experience with energy storage systems (batteries, inverters), hybrid setups, PRL course, works on heights course, elevator platform license, and drone piloting license.Essential Skills: Work ethics, excellent problem‑solving, an incredible eye for detail, independent work ability, and seamless collaboration.Driver's license: Category B is mandatory.Language: Proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.Benefits & AdvantageGrowth: Fast‑growing company with structured training and mentorship.Culture: Dynamic, friendly, and truly multicultural environment with rewards for high performers.Flexibility: Hybrid work model to balance professional and personal life.Location: Based in Spain (prefer Madrid or Valladolid).Ready to make a difference?
