For more information, visit www.suninvestmentgroup.com **As the company is constantly growing, we are looking for a Regional Land Scout team member.** The aim of the role is to be responsible for the negotiations with landowners of lands that are suitable for the construction of Photovoltaic Power Plants. If you have experience and a track record of achievement in Sales, Negotiations, Renewable Energy, or Land Acquisition - this is the place to be and great moment to join the “Dream Team” in Spanish branch, and grow across all Regions its pipeline of large Solar plants. **Tasks**: - Negotiating and acquiring of areas suitable for the installation Photovoltaic Power Plants - Establishing and maintaining relationships with landowners and parties involved in the implementation of projects - Collecting and Keeping appropriate land plots and documentation - Local support in activities related to the development of PV projects - Closely cooperate with other departments of the company - Representing Sun Investment Group across Landowners, Municipalities, Local stakeholders **Requirements**: - At least 3 years of experience in roles related to expansion/land acquisition (i.e. Real Estate Agent, Sales (door 2 door), Insurance or ideally Renewable Energy) - Highly developed self-discipline and negotiations skills - Goal-oriented in terms of setting and respecting timelines and deliverables - Willingness to travel at least 3-4 days per week, up to 80% travelling inside the assigned Region(s) - A motivated individual who demands the best with an ability to think and work independently - Ambition to manage a team of local specialists in the future - Desirable Basic legal knowledge, including NDAs and land lease agreements, etc. - Desirable Technical knowledge (environmental, PV, evacuation lines, Spanish technical norms and grid codes, etc ) **We offer**: - Workflow in a young but experienced team, which leads solar energy revolution in Europe - Future career path based on culture of global growth and development within the company - Visible results of your work.
