The role of aBusiness Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling US companies and speaking to the IT managers. During our signature Warm Handover™, you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients - such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu -, learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision-makers around the globe.Spark interest: In order to prepare you to take on this role, we have an excellentfour-week onboarding processto prepare you to excel as a BDR.Performance matters to us and it pays off.Our commission model is uncapped – your commitment determines your success - the more leads you generate, the more money you earn, without a cap.
