They must comply with all safety, quality, and technical regulations, and ensure the works progress smoothly in compliance with costs, deadlines, and resources. The Site Manager reports to the Head of Regional Site Teams and the Operation Manager of the GCP Ops Site Works department. They are also responsible for site record management and provide feedback at site closure.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule drafting and monitoring supervision – ensure compliance with the project schedule and supervise drafting and monitoring of site schedules in conjunction with the Site Works Coordinator.Budget management – validate objectives, costs, deadlines and resources with the Project Manager; organize the site in compliance with budget objectives; identify opportunities for reducing expenditure; keep track of discrepancies; manage risks inherent in the site.Project preparation – prepare the project before work starts on the site, including design review, contract kick‑off meetings, staff mobilisation, budget quote, assembly methodologies, and organisational set‑up.Project / site management – comply with site organisational requirements; manage the project with site supervisors; accept and store equipment and devices; ensure compliance with legislation and local regulations; provide technical support as needed.Compliance with quality of service/supply – set up a site quality plan; control supplied products; maintain, calibrate and transport testing equipment; ensure "AS BUILT" drawings are updated and finalised.Interface with the Project Manager and reporting – produce monthly status and progress reports, minutes of meetings, damage statements, equipment condition records, incident and non‑conformance records.End of projects – prepare all items required for the end‑of‑project assessment and feedback; centralise documents and drawings.Compliance with HSE requirements – apply health and safety requirements; manage safety plan, risk assessment, inspections, meetings, incidents, and safety KPIs.Authority – overall responsibility for EHS aspects on the sites they manage.Charter of values – comply with the Schneider Electric charter of values and ensure personnel compliance on site.RequirementsAbility to travel up to 75% of working time; EU passport holders.Education – Baccalaureate + 2 years of study in Electrical Engineering.Languages – English (fluent); other languages are an advantage.Experience – Minimum 8 years as a Site Supervisor or Commissioning Supervisor; confirmed experience or literacy with Schneider equipment for MV (Premset, MCSET, PIX), protection relays (SEPAM, Micom, Easergy), UPS APC Symmetra and LV Distribution panels (Blokset, Okken, Prisma) is an advantage.Skills – team management; flexibility & reliability; focus on technical details; customer focus; team player; excellent written & verbal communication on technical issues.Technical skills – good literacy in MS Office (MS Project), Acrobat, AutoCAD, Outlook, testing device software (Omicron), protection relay setting software; advanced knowledge of medium/low voltage equipment, power stations, HV substations, and electrical networks.How to ApplyPlease send your CV in English language.
