Desde grupo Adecco buscamos un/a Customer Service, para incorporarse a una compañía multinacional de biotecnología agrícola ubicada en Madrid. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Jornada Completa Duración de contrato a través de Adecco de 4 meses Posibilidad de teletrabajo, aunque el primer mes y medio será presencial Lugar de trabajo: Zona Barajas, Madrid Salario anual en 12 pagas: 28 987,34 € Horario: L-V 08:30 a 17:30 o de 09:00 a 18:00h / jornada intensiva en verano. Incorporación en enero. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones del día a día? Gestionar y dar seguimiento a las órdenes de venta y notas de abono, desde la recepción hasta la entrega final, asegurando que se cumplan los plazos y requisitos establecidos. Gestionar los cambios de stock entre clientes a través de la herramienta específica. Mantener la base de datos de clientes y las herramientas de gestión de pedidos y cambios de stock. Coordinar la comunicación interna y externa relacionada con las ventas, atendiendo llamadas y correos electrónicos. Mantener y actualizar la base de datos de clientes, asegurando la precisión y la integridad de la información. Colaborar con el equipo de ventas en la preparación de informes y análisis de ventas. Realizar seguimiento post-venta, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y resolviendo cualquier problema o consulta. Administrar los precios y gestionar la creación y liquidación de Rappels para España y Portugal Gestionar reclamaciones del área asignada y actuar como coordinador de reclamaciones. Asegurar el cumplimiento de la Política Comercial y su adecuada documentación para cumplir con la política de la compañía. ¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en un rol similar de soporte administrativo o backoffice, preferiblemente en el área de ventas. Conocimientos sólidos de herramientas y software de oficina, como SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Formación: Administración o similar Autonomía, habilidades de comunicación y conocimientos básicos en ventas. Manejo de volúmenes de información
