Would you like to join us in revolutionizing health?What we are looking forAt IMA we are looking for an HR Manager who is eager to play a key strategic role in talent management and contribute actively to IMA Health’s growth.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and the hiring of top-tier talent.Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and engage the IMA Health team, driving international business growth in competitive markets.Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor regulations in the regions where we operate.Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and training to professional development, to ensure a high-performing team.Develop, manage, and continuously improve the compensation and benefits structure, leading initiatives to enhance recognition, promote diversity, and foster engagement through team-building activities.Manage the payroll process in collaboration with external partners, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.Act as an HR advisor for managers and team members, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.Use HR data and metrics to support strategic decision-making, optimize HR processes, and provide actionable recommendations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be a plus.Fluent in English and either Catalan or Spanish.
