Position Overview: Control Room Operator (EMEA)We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedControl Room Operatorto join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the real-time supervision and remote operation of solar and storage facilities across the EMEA region. You will work closely with System Performance Engineers, O&M teams, and Analysts to ensure the highest levels of performance, safety, and regulatory compliance.Continuously monitor PV facilities using Recurrent Energy’s proprietary Global Monitoring Platform to quickly identify and address potential issues.• Create and manage work orders for local O&M teams based on system alerts and operational needs.• Liaise with CCTV providers to resolve any security-related incidents across monitored facilities.• Operate and manage SCADA systems remotely to maintain optimal plant performance.• Support compliance with ISO 9001 standards.• An Engineering degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering is a strong plus.• Advanced English level required; Experience in customer service or supplier service environments is highly valued.• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.• Basic knowledge of Python or SQL is not required but will be considered a plus.Be part of a global leader with strong market presence and growth opportunities.• Health insurance and additional benefits. xsgfvud • Opportunities to participate in cross-functional and strategic company projects.
