We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Business Partner to join our Madrid office. In this role, you will support the People Operations Director and act as the first point of contact for HR matters. You'll provide full-spectrum HR support, with a strong focus on recruitment, compliance , and relocation support , while ensuring alignment with global standards and culture.You'll be the nucleus of the office and the 'go to' person for any People and Admin needs.Si cree que es el candidato ideal para la siguiente oportunidad, envíe su solicitud después de leer la descripción completa.Works closely with the headquarters, Regional GM and Regional team leaders to support the business plans, achieve overall employees' satisfaction and ensure the running of the regional office is in full alignment and compliance according to company policies.Provide global recruiting effort effectively, manage the entire recruitment cycle from job application, sourcing, screening, qualifying to evaluating candidates for a possible match, facilitate hiring managers on hiring decisions and formulate offer letters.Provide HR full functions support, which includes recruitment, employee relations and staff activities, etc.Work closely with the Global People Operations Team to ensure the company values and culture are aligned.Ensure the HR administration function offers a high-quality and consistent service to all employees, whilst working to continually improve accuracy, processes and response times.Other HR-related projects.Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or related will be preferred.Generalist experience, at least 5 years of tech recruitment and employee relationship relevant working experience in a multinational company. The Internet industry will be preferred.Excellent English written and oral communication skills;Experience working in a global team environment, adapting to the different working cultures.Experience in processing payroll, answering queries, and managing relationships with third-party vendors. xsgfvud We are a global and nimble team, passionate about supporting each other to deliver the best all-around talent solution.
