Buscamos un/aHRBPpara acompañar a nuestras delegaciones en España y actuar como socio/a estratégico/a del negocio, además de trabajar mano a mano con el People Manager.Tus principales funciones serán: Ser referente de RR. HH. para las unidades de negocio a nivel nacional, dando soporte a las figuras de Recursos Humanos de cada ciudad. Realización de altas, bajas y modificaciones contractuales de los empleados/as. Intermediación con la gestoría para la confección de los contratos laborales, revisión de las nóminas periódicas y asegurando la correcta afiliación a la Seguridad Social y las cotizaciones. Solventar inquietudes a los empleados de la compañía en temas relacionados con el ámbito laboral. Asesorar a managers en gestión de equipos de equipos, relaciones laborales y clima. Gestionar procesos de selección, onboarding, formación y desempeño. Participar en proyectos transversales de Personas.✅Requisitos: ~3años de experiencia como HRBP o generalista de RR. HH. ~ Conocimiento de legislación laboral española. ~ Experiencia en entornos multi-sede (valorable inmobiliario/construcción). ~ Alta disponibilidad para viajar (30%). ~ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y autonomía.¿Qué ofrecemos?
