Senior HR Generalist (Temporary) (f/m/d) Join Axpo Iberia as a Senior HR Generalist (Temporary) and make an impact by ensuring smooth HR operations during a key maternity leave coverage period. This role is your opportunity to contribute to both local and global HR initiatives while supporting employees and managers in Spain. What you will do: Act as a trusted HR contact for managers in assigned departments, collaborating with the HRBP and local HR team. Coordinate local labor processes, ensure compliance with Spanish legislation, and adapt operational topics to Axpo Spain’s needs. Support regulatory updates and policy implementation, including the equality plan, anti‑harassment policy, and annual learning plan. Assist managers in employee relations topics like disciplinary cases, performance issues, and long‑term absences. Execute global HR processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, and culture initiatives, and define local measures. Manage employee onboarding, training coordination, and communications related to HR activities. Collaborate closely with global HR teams on projects and day‑to‑day activities. What you bring & who you are: University degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or similar. At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in multinational companies. Strong knowledge of HR processes and Spanish labor law, with experience working in international teams. Proficiency in HR systems and tools, as well as advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Native Spanish and fluent English language skills. Personal qualities: teamwork, assertiveness, attention to detail, integrity, and a proactive, innovative mindset.
