We are ready to take on the challenges of the IoT.We are looking for a full-time employee for our group of companies at the Madrid site:Sales Order Management (m/f/d): as an Order Management specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient order-to-delivery process while providing excellent support to both internal stakeholders and external customers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end processing of national and international customer orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal standards.Deliver professional customer service via phone and written communication, supporting clients from order placement through final delivery.Monitor and track delivery schedules, proactively identifying delays and coordinating corrective actions.Serve as a central communication interface, collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient order flow and address customer inquiries.Oversee master data creation and maintenance within the ERP system, ensuring high-quality and up-to-date information.Manage order-related correspondence and collaborate closely with the sales team to support customer requirements.Provide dedicated support to key accounts, ensuring a high standard of service and relationship management.Create, update, and monitor framework agreements (framework orders) to ensure proper execution and alignment with customer expectations.Monitor, categorize, and distribute inquiries received through the Senseca Info shared mailbox, ensuring prompt and efficient handling.Perform ERP key user responsibilities, offering support to colleagues and assisting in system optimization.Conduct customer compliance checks, ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations and customer-specific requirements.Requirements: Very good knowledge of MS Office standard applicationsExperience working with ERP systemsGood command of written and spoken EnglishStrong communication skillsStructured and solution-oriented approach to workTeam spirit and flexibilityBenefits:A challenging, wide-ranging and interesting job in an internationally growing companyA great deal of creative freedom with the opportunity to develop professionally and personallyPermanent position for an indefinite periodHybrid model
