By working together with our customers, we specialise in developing customised sensor solutions for a wide range of parameters. From measuring level, flow and pressure to recording temperature, conductivity, light, wind, humidity and meteorological data. No measurement task is too big for us. We are ready to take on the challenges of the IoT.

We are looking for a full-time employee for our group of companies at the Madrid site:

Order Management (m/f/d):

Responsibilities:

  • Complete order processing based on customer orders (national and international)
  • Telephone and written customer service; from the ordering process to delivery
  • Monitoring of delivery dates
  • Internal interface communication to ensure a smooth ordering process and all other customer concerns
  • Invoice and credit note creation, creating prepayment invoices and checking incoming payments
  • Creating payments via the e-payment portal (customer payments by credit card)
  • Issuing long-term supplier declarations (IHK declaration for non-preferential origin) in cooperation with cross-departmental teams
  • Issuing supplier self-declarations in cooperation with cross-departmental departments
  • Master data creation and maintenance in the ERP system
  • Order-related correspondence with our sales team
  • Supporting own key customers
  • Creating and maintaining framework orders
  • Monitoring and distributing the Senseca info mailbox
  • ERP key user activities
  • Carrying out customer compliance inquiries

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office standard applications
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Team spirit and flexibility
