Are you ready to join us?ResponsibilitiesImplement innovative, robust, and future‑proof SAP SuccessFactors solutionsGuide clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying aligned with the SuccessFactors roadmap and broader HR technology landscapeLead client process walkthroughs to align business needs with system functionalityDesign and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices and facilitate workshops and training sessions for key usersEnsure effective knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teamsCollaborate with international colleagues across SD Worx’s Cloud Business Line to share knowledge and drive innovationQualificationsFluency in Dutch and a high level of EnglishSuccessFactors Associate Certification in at least one module (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning)Solid understanding of HR processesStrong communication skills, with the ability to deliver high‑quality presentations to senior client stakeholdersProactive and enthusiastic about learning and staying up to date with the latest SAP technologiesSelf‑motivated, autonomous, and eager to take initiativeComfortable working in a fast‑growing, dynamic environment where continuous improvement is keyBenefitsComprehensive training and development programsFlexible working schedulePrivate medical insurance 100% covered by SD Worx25 vacation days18 hours for personal mattersReduced summer hours: 36 hours instead of 40 per week, for 4 weeks (to be chosen in July or August)Edenred flexible retribution options: meal vouchers, transport vouchers, etc.Laptop and equipment providedWorkation: possibility to work from any SD Worx location (4 weeks per year, EU only)Learning opportunities: language courses (as per availability), individual training bonus, an individual development plan, and professional trainingCareer growth opportunities within SD WorxJob DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full‑timeJob function: Information TechnologyIndustry: Human Resources ServicesSD Worx embraces diversity in the workplace.
